All prices included VAT and all taxes, exclude post costs. Post cost differ on destination of shipping. Payment is possible by credit card, in extraordinary cases by ban transfer in advance.
At the time the order is placed, the credit card transaction will be verified, authorized and completed via a secured server.

All payment transactions are billed in CZK (Czech Crowns), in shop you can see aprox. amount of money in Euro, just for information. Real price depends on local currency course and bank conditions. It shouldnt be higher than our indicative Euro price.
For customers from outside the EU all stated prices are net prices. The shipping address is decisive. If, according to the statutory regulations, the goods are subject to sales taxes in the recipient country, then these shall be paid additionally upon receipt of the goods. Furthermore, the goods may be subject to import duties which the customer shall pay additionally upon receipt of the goods.
2.Credit Cards
By submitting your credit card information through our secure online shopping cart system, you are authorizing Badpoint (Michal Tuma) to charge your credit card in the amount specified on your order. You agree that you are authorized to use the credit card specified for the purchase, and you will take steps so that no charge backs occur (by ensuring that whoever receives the credit card statement is aware of this purchase).
3. Shoping conditions
Badpoint shop will send every proper filled order in 2 weeks from date of order. All items on webpage are on our stock, in case if happen, that we cannot deliver item (ex. limited series), you will be notified asap by email and money will be returned to bank account - credited to card.
Valid order have to include right delivery adress and email adress.
4. Returns
In order to expedite your exchange or refund, please follow these instructions:
Only unwashed and with tags attached items will be accepted for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. Items returned washed, used or past the 30 day period will be returned. You must have a receipt enclosed for refund. No exceptions. We will not accept items for return purchased from anywhere but Badpoint Shop. Clearly identify what you would like us to do:(Same short - different size, different print with correct size stated, refund, etc.) Please fold your item carefully. 5. Agreement
By clickin on button of order, customer agrees with price of goods and with conditions publicated on this web page, valid in day of order (see in menu).
6. Other
Badpoint shop reserves the right not to deliver ordered goods. This will be notified by email in 14 days of accepting order.
Customer shall take proper care about goods, follow instruction on labels and papers in delivery.
T-shirts and sweatshirts with print shall be washed in back side at 40C. Ironing only from back side.
Some drawings on the web page could be just ilustrative, delivered goods could slightly differ in tones and details.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, neither the Badpoint shop nor Michal Tuma nor any of their respective directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the materials in and/or facilities or services offered through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if the Badpoint shop and/or Michal Tuma have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. If this clause is unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction due to relevant laws, then in no event shall either the Badpoint shop or Michal Tuma total liability to you for all damages, losses, and claims (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction.
